A Baby Winnie the Pooh šŸÆ

Ā·

I am really proud of these pieces, definitely the most complex crocheting I’ve done to date. I don’t generally bother about making any baby things, mostly because I don’t have or have any interest in them, however when Chelsea’s friend got pregnant and said we could dress it as a Pooh bear, that’s enough to get me onboard!

A quick search on Etsy and Ā£5 or so later I found the pattern for what you see in the picture, I will add the link to the pattern, it does have a few mistakes in it and it’s not the easiest to follow, but bare in mind I’m not an experienced crocheter so that may be more of a me issue.

This is very much a work in progress and I have the hat and boots still to make, and of course we’ll need to wait until April next year to actually see if it fits, as long as it’s not a big chonk I think we will be okay. The pattern does have 3 different sizes and I’ve made the smallest, this might be the start of a new line of crafting, possible Eeyore outfit coming next?

I will post updates when available but for now this is my first attempt at a baby Pooh outfit!

***Update 19/10/2026***

Winnie’s hat and shoes are now also complete, I’m even more sure the pattern needs a lot of corrections but I got there in the end. Apparently sombody on Etsy is selling this for Ā£50, what a cheek!

Keep crafting
